LeBron Raymone James Sr. Born on 30 December 1984 is a pro American basketball player. He is known as King James he is widely thought of as one of the most successful athletes of all time. He is often compared to Michael Jordan in debates over the greatest basketball player ever. James is the winner of four NBA Championships as well as four NBA MVP Awards and the four NBA Finals MVP Awards and three All-Star MVP Awards. He is also the proud owner of the distinction of having two Olympic Gold medals. James is the NBA All-Star who has the highest number of playoff points. He also has the second-highest point total, and the seventh highest assists total in his career. James is a member of 18 NBA All-Stars, 18 All-NBA Teams, and five NBA All-Defensive First Team selections. Ten NBA Finals is the most ever before, with eight of them consecutively from 2011 to 2018. In 2018 he was also selected for the team for NBA's 75th anniversary. James made his way onto the NBA 75th Anniversary Team in 2021. In 2022, James became the first NBA player to score 10,000 points in his career. James played at St. Vincent St. Mary High School in Akron in Ohio. James was feted by national media as the next NBA superstar. He was a pro-prep player and was the first selection of the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Draft of 2003. The 2004 NBA Rookie of the Year, he soon established himself as one of the top league players winning the NBA MVP Award in 2009 and 2010. James failed to win a title with Cleveland and then left Cleveland with the status of a "free agent" in 2010. The decision was announced in the TV special The Decision.
