Harry Edward Styles is an English musician, singer, and a musician. He was one of the members of One Direction. Born at Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England 1 February 1994, he is the son Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles studied at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, which is where he formed his own music group with three of his classmates. The band was called White Eskimo. The group won at the Battle of Bands 2009 thanks to their outstanding performance. There was always an interest for music. He wanted to become an attorney or a physical therapist. For a while he worked part-time in a bakery within his town to help people financially in the home. In the year 2010, Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he was a part of the performance Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. The reason for this is that his group ended up splitting. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles to be member of a brand new group, One Direction. The Other members included Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. The band's formation began in 2010 when the five young people were sponsored by Simon Cowell. The group sang songs such as My Life Would Suffer Without You The song was composed by Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the contest. They were one of the possible winners for the prize. They were however in third place behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles' group didn't win, but Cowell did pay 2 million dollars to One Direction for them to sign a deal with Syco.
